The owner and architect, Dean Jay from Dean Jay Architects, initially designed the apartments for himself and 3 of his friends.
He has won multiple awards for the design of these apartments. They are located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the historic neighbourhood of Morningside in Durban.

In the past few years, Dean has had this apartment on Airbnb and has only had spectacular reviews for our excellent hosting skills and particularly for the breathtaking design.
